First visit consist of a consultation and treatment session. Each treatment is tailored to our client’s health goals.
Initial Consultation + Treatment
Our practitioner will go over your health history with you and may ask some follow up questions. Depending on your condition, the practitioner may use Traditional Chinese Medicine methods such as taking a glance at your tongue as well as taking your pulse. This process will help us better understand the root problem and formulate a personalized treatment plan for you.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill in additional forms and sign consent forms.

The insertion of the needle through the epidermis may feel like a little pinch but mostly painless. After the muscle react and contracts, there may be dull, tender, tingling, warm, radiating sensations.

It is like a reversed massage, instead of exerting downward force on the body, the deoxygenated cup creates a suction drawing fascia and muscles upwards. The first 5-10 seconds may feel like a strong suction pull, afterwards it will feel like a soft suction untying all the knots and tightness in the body.

Something that is comfortable and can be comfortably rolled up. Avoid tight non-stretchy clothing.

Each of us has a unique body constitution and response to treatments differently; therefore will see results on different timelines. However, here are some general timeframes.
Musculoskeletal conditions: 3-9 acupuncture sessions, 1-2 times per week depending on pain level
Bell's Palsy: 2-4 weeks, 2 acupuncture sessions per week
Hormonal Imbalance: 2-3 months, 1 to 2 acupuncture sessions per week
Mood Disorders: 4 weeks, 1 or 2 acupuncture sessions per week depending on severity
Infertility: At least 3 months of consistent acupuncture session, 2 acupuncture sessions per week
Facial/Cosmetic Acupuncture: At least 10 consistent acupuncture session, 1-2 acupuncture sessions per week -
It’s important to have some food prior to a treatment to prevent low blood sugar during the treatment.
